Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using Onne.link. Using the service depends on accepting them, and they apply to every visitor, creator and anyone else who accesses the platform.
Onne.link is operated by Loymaker Ltda, CNPJ 14.760.954/0001-07 ("Onne.link", "we"). We may contact you at your account email and through notices in the dashboard; keep that email up to date.
1. Who can use Onne.link
By using Onne.link, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to accept these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parents or guardians have authorized your use and accepted these terms on your behalf. If you use Onne.link on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
2. Your account
When you create an account, you must provide true, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activity on your account, and you must tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You may not create accounts in bulk or by automated means, or transfer or sell your account to someone else.
3. Your username
Do not use as your username the name of another person or entity without permission, a third-party trademark, or a name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene, and do not hold names just to resell them later.
If there is a dispute over a username, such as a trademark complaint, we may ask you to change it and, if needed, transfer it to whoever holds the right. Free accounts with no sign-in, edits or visits for 12 months in a row may have their username released to someone else.
4. Your content
You can publish links, text, images, videos, menus, price lists, products and other materials. You are responsible for the content you publish, including its legality and accuracy, and you remain its owner.
By publishing, you authorize Onne.link, free of charge and while the content is published, to store, reproduce, adapt to the platform's format and publicly display this content, as far as needed to provide the service, including in link previews and search engines.
You confirm that the content is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that it:
- does not violate any law, regulation or third-party right, such as privacy, image rights, copyright and trademarks;
- is not fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or hateful;
- does not involve the exploitation or sexualization of children and teenagers;
- does not contain viruses, malicious code or links to scams;
- if it is adult content, is marked as such in the page settings;
- if it is advertising, sponsored content or an affiliate link, is disclosed as such, as the law and advertising rules require.
Do not publish personal data of yours that you do not want exposed, such as ID documents, or other people's data without their permission. We do not review content before it is published, but we may remove content, restrict access, show a sensitive content warning or suspend pages that violate these terms or the law, at any time. All content published on your page is public.
5. Your sales, orders and visitors
When you offer products or services on your page (for example a menu, a list of services, a shop, orders through WhatsApp or Pix), the sale happens directly between you and your customer. You alone are responsible for the offer, prices, delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds, customer service, the information the law requires, taxes and compliance with consumer protection law towards your customers. Onne.link is not a party to these sales and is not liable for them.
The data a visitor sends through your page is processed by you, and you must use it in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, at the price and frequency shown when you sign up, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan, without the paid features. If a charge fails, the account may return to the free plan.
We may change the plans, the features in each plan and the prices. Price changes apply from the next period and will be announced reasonably in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel before the renewal. The right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code is always respected.
With direct Pix, the payment goes from the payer's account straight to your bank account. Onne.link does not receive, hold or pass on this money, does not confirm receipt and takes no part in the relationship between you and the payer.
7. The platform
Onne.link, its brand, code, themes, illustrations and other materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the platform under these terms. Themes and artists' artwork made available may only be used on your page within Onne.link.
You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform, collect data from pages with bots or scraping, overload the service or get around technical or plan limits, or use our brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement without written permission.
Visit and click numbers are a careful estimate, with no guarantee of complete accuracy. Features marked as new or in testing may change or be withdrawn. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely, with no obligation to pay for them.
8. Artificial intelligence
Some features may use artificial intelligence to suggest text or images or to organize information. The result may contain mistakes and should be reviewed by you before publishing; you are responsible for what you decide to use.
9. Third-party services
Pages may contain links and embedded content from third-party services, such as YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, WhatsApp, Google and Stripe, which follow their own terms and policies. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.
10. Availability
We work to keep Onne.link up at all times, but the service is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. We may carry out maintenance and change or discontinue features, with advance notice when a change affects you significantly.
11. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend, limit or delete an account that violates these terms or the law, or when needed to comply with a court order or prevent harm to you, us or others, with or without prior notice, depending on how serious the situation is. In these cases, amounts already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to team@onne.link. Clauses that by their nature should survive deletion, such as liability and indemnification, remain in force.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Onne.link for damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of the service, the content you publish, your sales and your relationship with your customers, or a violation of these terms or of third-party rights.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onne.link is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost data or opportunities, arising from the use of or the inability to use the service, or for content, opinions and offers published by other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Onne.link in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
You are responsible for keeping a copy of the content you publish.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For significant changes, we will give at least 15 days' notice. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted; continuing to use it means you accept the new version.
15. General provisions
If any clause is found invalid, the others remain in force. Not enforcing a right at some point does not mean giving it up. We may transfer these terms in a reorganization, merger or sale of the business. Before taking any matter to court, contact us at team@onne.link so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. In consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms or the Privacy Policy: team@onne.link.
